At Seriesmate, we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our users. We strictly prohibit any form of child exploitation, abuse, or inappropriate content. Our app is designed for users aged 16 and above and is not intended for children under 16.

Our Commitment to Child Safety:

    • Users are required to verify their age before accessing the app.
    • If a user is suspected to be under 16, our system allows other users to report them for further verification.
  2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM):
    • We have a zero-tolerance policy against child exploitation, sexual abuse material, or any grooming behavior.

  3. User Communication Restrictions:
    • The app allows communication only via text and voice messages.
    • Users can only upload a single profile photo, and it must be a static image (no videos, GIFs, or animated content).
  4. Profile Photo Moderation:
    • Profile photos are regularly reviewed by our moderation team.
    • If a user manages to bypass the system or moderation and uploads an inappropriate profile photo, other users can report them through our in-app reporting system.
    • Regardless of reports, Seriesmate prioritizes child safety and takes swift action against any violations.
  5. User Reporting System:
    • Users can report inappropriate content or suspicious behavior through the built-in reporting feature.
    • Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, and appropriate action is taken.
  6. Collaboration with Authorities:
    • We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organizations to ensure the highest level of safety.
    • If a child safety threat is identified, we immediately notify the relevant authorities.
  7. Content Moderation:
    • Our platform is actively monitored to detect and remove harmful content using both automated and manual moderation systems.
